Ganz richtig, diesen Monat ist eine Plastiktüte mein Favorit. Ja, ich hab noch alle Tassen im Schrank, aber überprüfe das gerne selbst.
BEST OF APRIL 2016 – MY MONTHLY FAVORITES
- Edeka's plastic bags made from sugar cane. This environmentally friendly bio plastic is produced by the Brazilian company Braskem. It is 100 percent recyclable.
- The App Pzizz. This is a nifty little invention that can help you learn to power nap or aid you in falling asleep quicker at night. Pzizz combines relaxing sounds and music with the calm voice of Michael Breen who is a coach and trainer for neurolinguistic programming. This combination is supposed to induce theta brain waves – a state of deep relaxation.
- Goodnight mommy (2014). This Austrian psycho thriller has a great story, talented actors, beautiful scenery and a chilling atmosphere – everything it takes for a great movie in my opinion. Watch this if you love a good scare combined with talent and art.
- Famous Monsters (1999) – The Misfits. Wow, there's nothing bad that could be sad about this album and I feel almost stupid for not getting into it sooner. I really missed out on something – don't make that same mistake.
- Vegan Date Smoothie. Yum, I had this so many times this month and I'm still not sick of it. Probably because it's not just delicious but also really filling and healthy. This is definitely my kind of smoothie.
- Liz Earle Botanical Shine Shampoo and Conditioner. I don't know what it is with this brand and me, but literally everything I try, I love. I mean, just look at how healthy my hair looks in this video; it hasn't looked this great in a while. Thank you Liz Earle, you saved me from a hair dresser appointment I would probably regret.

BEST OF APRIL 2016 – MEINE MONTASFAVORITEN
- Edeka's neue Plastiktüten aus Zuckerrohr. Dieser umweltfreundliche Plastik wird von dem brasilianischem Unternehmen Braskem hergestellt. Er ist zu 100 Prozent recycelbar.
- Die App Pzizz. Die raffinierte Erfindung kann dir dabei helfen Powernapping zu erlernen oder dich dabei unterstützen, abends schneller einzuschlafen. Pzizz kombiniert entspannende Klänge und Musik mit der beruhigende Stimme von Michael Breen, der Coach und Trainer für neuro-linguistische Programmierung ist. Diese Kombination soll Theta-Gehirnwellen stimulieren, wodurch wir uns entspannt und gelassen fühlen.
- Ich seh ich seh (2014). Dieser österreichische Psycho-Thriller hat eine spannende Geschichte, talentierte Schauspieler, eine wunderschöne Bildsprache und eine gruselige Stimmung – also kurzum alles, was man für einen guten Film braucht. Ich seh ich seh ist etwas für dich, wenn du Lust auf eine gelungene Kombination aus Grusel, Talent und Kunst hast.
- Famous Monsters (1999) – The Misfits. Wow, über dieses Album kann man absolut nichts Schlechtes sagen und ich komm mir fast schon dumm vor, nicht früher darauf gekommen zu sein. Da ist mir all die Jahre echt was entgangen – mach nicht den gleichen Fehler.
- Veganer Dattel Smoothie. Lecker; diese Smoothie habe ich mir im April so oft gemacht und trotzdem habe ich noch immer nicht genug davon. Kein Wunder aber, bei diesem leckeren Geschmack und den gesunden und sattmachenden Zutaten. Das ist ganz klar ein Smoothie nach meinem Geschmack.
- Liz Earle Botanical Shine Shampoo und Spülung. Keine Ahnung was da los ist, aber egal was ich von dieser Marke ausprobiere – ich liebe es. Allein wie gesund und frisch meine Haare in diesem Video aussehen, ist Aussage genug, denn so toll haben sie schon lange nicht mehr ausgesehen. Danke Liz Earle, du hast mir einen Friseurbesuch, den ich mit Sicherheit bereuen würde, erspart.
