I am really pleased with the entire process; I would say the results speak for themselves. If you give this method a try, make sure to follow the instructions. This includes not eating or drinking any staining foods or liquids four hours after the whitening. Ideally, you should do the whitening before bed, so your teeth have enough time to remineralize, thus preventing any staining.
I can definitely recommend using the desensitizing gel. Not only because it reduces sensitivity, but also because it will prevent any further staining by accelerating the remineralization.
Gum irritation is one of the side effects that can occur. This is normal and part of the process. In order to speed up the healing afterwards, I recommend oil pulling. If you don't know what oil pulling is, check out my blog post and video about it.

Ich bin mit dem gesamten Vorgang super zufrieden; ich denke die Resultate sprechen für sich. Solltest du auch einmal das Home Whitening Kit von Smile Brilliant ausprobieren, dann achte unbedingt darauf die Anweisungen genauestens zu befolgen. Das bedeutet zum Beispiel, dass man vier Stunden nach der Aufhellungs-Prozedur keine verfärbenden Speisen oder Getränke konsumieren sollte. Am besten macht man das Home-Bleaching einfach vor dem Schlafengehen, denn dann haben die Zähne ausreichend Zeit zum remineralisieren um Verfärbungen zu verhindern.
Das Desensibilisierungs-Gel kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Nicht nur, weil es die Schmerzempfindlichkeit vermindert, sondern auch, weil neue Verfärbungen durch eine beschleunigte Remineralisierung verhindert werden.
