Everything you can touch and feel in this world is atomic matter and you are part of it. You are basically a combination of atomic matter that has always existed. In short: You are what we like to call the universe.You are as old as the universe, regardless of your birthday. Doesn't this knowledge give you a sense of responsibility? Don't you feel like you should be leading a joyous life filled with purpose?
Just think of the chances of you being you. With all the atomic matter out there, what do you think were the chances of you becoming the person you are today? Probably a one in a one with endless zeros at the end.
You could potentially be made of atoms that came from a galaxy far away millions of years ago and yet you sit here and feel stupid or even worthless because of something meaningless that happened last week at the office?
Some things are not worth getting worked up about when you look at the greater picture. So do that: Look at the greater picture, look at the universe, look at were you came from and ask yourself, what you came here for.

Alles was du sehen und anfassen kannst ist atomare Materie und du bist Teil davon. Du bist praktisch eine Kombination verschiedenster Atome, die seit es das Universum gibt existieren. Kurzum: Du bist das, was wir Universum nennen.Du bist so alt wie das Universum, egal wann dein Geburtstag ist. Gibt dir dieses Wissen nicht ein Gefühl von Verantwortung, ein glückliches und bestimmtes Leben zu führen?
Stell dir einfach mal vor, wie wahrscheinlich es ist, dass du du bist. Mit all dieser atomaren Materie da draußen, wie stehen die Chancen, dass genau du zustande gekommen bist? Wahrscheinlich eins zu einer eins mit endlos vielen Nullen.
Du könntest buchstäblich aus Atomen bestehen, die vor Millionen von Jahren aus einer weit entfernten Galaxie auf die Erde gekommen sind – und trotzdem sitz du hier und fühlst dich dumm oder gar wertlos wegen einem sinnlosen Schwachsinn der neulich auf Arbeit passiert ist?
Manche Dinge sind es einfach nicht wert sich darüber den Kopf zu zerbrechen, wenn man das große Ganze betrachtet. Also tu das: Schau dir das große Ganze an; schau dir das Universum an; schau dir an, woher du kommst und frage dich, warum du hierher gekommen bist.
