You have to agree: Summer time is smoothie time. While I have created some delicious winter and fall smoothie recipes, I'm so excited to try out new summer flavors.

As you all know, I love coming up with new smoothie recipes (check out my creations). So with this new "Summer of Smoothies" series, I'll share some tasty and healthy smoothies through out this summer with you!

Today we're starting with my Spirulina Splash Smoothie.


Ihr müsst zugeben: Sommerzeit ist Smoothie-Zeit. Auch wenn ich einige leckere Winter und Herbst Smoothie-Rezepte ausprobiert habe, freue ich mich jetzt sehr auf den Geschmack von frischen Sommerfrüchten. 

Wie ihr alle wisst, werde ich gerne kreativ, wenn es um Smoothie-Rezepte geht (hier könnt ihr meine anderen Kreationen ausprobieren). In dieser neuen "Summer of Smoothies"-Serie zeige ich euch einige  leckere und gesunde Smoothie-Rezepte, die euch an heißen Sommertage erfrischen werden.

Quick, easy, vegetarian and super healthy! This basically sums it all up. When I was creating Popeye's Power Pasta Sauce I didn't have much in the fridge but ended up with my new favorite pasta sauce.

Als ich sie erfunden haben, hatte ich fast nichts brauchbares im Kühlschrank, aber zum Schluss kam dabei meine neue Lieblings-Nudelsauce heraus.
